I do this by taking pictures and weighing myself once every two weeks—in fact, this practice has helped me feel so much better about my body over the course of my weight loss journey because it's allowed me to see how far I've come while still holding onto some semblance of reality (i.e., that I am not going to lose 10 pounds overnight).
