WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


Apples & Pears knows that any weight journey is hard. You can cancel any time. Simply return your current box and your next month won't be charged. If you choose to keep some of your clothes, not a problem! You'll be charged for what you keep. In addition you may pause your subscription at any time by emailing our team at c customerservice@applesandpearsbox.com. Our goal is to work with you as much as possible.




CAN I KEEP MY CLOTHES?


Hey we get it. Sometimes you just fall in love with a shirt and you gotta have it. If that's you we support you. Each item in your box will cost you a flat $20 if you decide to keep the item.




WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I GET IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?


Whoops! That doesn't make us happy. We understand that everyone has their own unique style. In order to help us craft your next box better please make sure to take the quiz in your member profile and tell us exactly what to improve. If you have further concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to us.




HOW DO I RETURN MY CLOTHES?


Your next box will include a pre-labeled mailer. Simply add your clothes and send it back.




HOW DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MY BODY HAS CHANGED FOR THE NEXT BOX?


We are here to support you so we have made it easy to update your sizing! Simply go to your member profile and update your membership quiz. We will be notified and will adjust your next box accordingly.




WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?


We take all major cards and will be offering multi-month discounts in the coming months.




DO YOU HAVE AN AFFILIATE OR REFERRAL PROGRAM?

MY FIRST BOX DOESN'T FIT ME AT ALL, NOW WHAT?


Every woman has been there. You order a box of clothes and they don't fit. We strive to ensure this doesn't happen, but if it does we promise to make it right. If you find yourself without a thing to wear in your first box, simply email or call us and provide feedback. We will email you a return label and immediately begin crafting a replacement box for you.




HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY CLOTHES


When you receive your return mailer you have 45 days to return the clothes you recieved. No worries if you want to keep them. It is $20 per clothing item.




I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL, BUT I NEED TO TAKE A BREAK


We understand sometimes life gets in the way. We have the option of pausing your account. You can choose to pause 1 or 3 months at a time.
